  • 1) I need to request my transcripts, how do I do that?

To have your transcripts evaluated for credit transfer, they need to be requested to be sent directly to SNHU from your previous institution. Sometimes, schools will use a database for transcripts, either Parchment or Clearinghouse. Make sure to choose Southern New Hampshire University as the recipient. Other schools have their own system, and you will need SNHU’s email or mailing address:

    cocedocs@snhu.edu

    OR

    Southern New Hampshire University

    33 S. Commercial St.

    Manchester, NH 03101

    2) SNHU sent me a form to request my transcripts on my behalf, do I fill it out?

The Trellis team member that you completed your application with will have already completed this form with you if your school is eligible. Some schools do not accept these forms, and if your Coach explained that you have to request your transcripts on your previous school’s website, it means they do not accept Transcript Request Forms from SNHU.

One example is Delgado Community College. They do not accept the forms, and you must request from their website: https://www.dcc.edu/student-services/registrar/transcripts.aspx
